Your Role at TIH
As a Junior Developer, you will be part of an “unstoppable team” responsible for:
- Software Development: Building and improving computer applications and utility programs to meet specific client needs.
- Maintenance & Debugging: Monitoring software for defects and suggesting fixes to ensure all applications run smoothly.
- Customer Support: Handling complex technical inquiries and support cases that go beyond the norm.
- Performance Testing: Running routine tests on websites and applications to diagnose and correct performance lags.
- Information Security: Supporting the implementation of firewalls and encryption to keep sensitive financial data safe.
- Innovation: Implementing improvements and using modern change management protocols.
What You Need to Apply
Minimum Requirements:
- Education: Grade 12 (Matric) is required.
- Experience (Advantageous): 1–2 years of experience with relevant programming languages or technologies.
- Industry Knowledge: Previous experience working within a Financial Services environment is a major plus.
- Mindset: A hunger to continue learning new languages and staying updated on industry best practices.
