Your Role and Responsibilities
In this position, you are the heartbeat of the showroom floor. Your goal is to maximize profit through excellent service and expert product knowledge.
- Sales Leadership: Perform daily sales activities to meet and exceed monthly income budgets and targets.
- Management Support: Act as the Stand-in Branch Manager whenever the manager is unavailable, taking responsibility for the store’s operations.
- Customer Excellence: Attract and retain customers through professional merchandising and a customer-centric approach.
- Admin & Compliance: Handle both cash and credit applications strictly according to company policy and procedures.
- Teamwork: Work effectively within the branch team while managing your own performance and energy.
Minimum Requirements
- Education: Grade 12 (Matric) is essential.
- Experience: 7 to 12 months of sales experience, preferably within a retail environment.
- Knowledge: Basic retail knowledge and a solid understanding of sales and prospecting processes.
