Job Summary & Responsibilities
This is a high-energy role centered around the Grain Division. You will be the “boots on the ground,” ensuring that the silo operates efficiently during the busy seasonal peak.
Your daily duties will include:
- Grain Handling: Loading and off-loading heavy trucks with precision.
- Storage Management: Sorting and safely storing grain to prevent spoilage.
- Silo Maintenance: Keeping all working areas, walkways, and equipment clean and hazard-free.
- Flexible Shifts: Being available for night shifts and overtime when the grain delivery volume increases.
