Job Summary
The Junior Strategy Analyst will act as a key support pillar for the Strategy team. Your focus will be on conducting in-depth analysis, building business insights, and tracking the progress of strategic initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with strong data skills who wants to understand how a major financial institution maintains its competitive edge.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Support the creation of deliverables that provide deep customer insights at a micro-segment level.
- Strategy & Planning: Assist in the development and execution of plans that turn high-level strategy into actionable business steps.
- Market Research: Conduct and support research activities to keep the bank ahead of industry trends.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with business leadership and ensure that recommendations for business improvement are sustained.
- Data Execution: Use your analytical skills to track the performance of various strategic projects.
Minimum Requirements
- Education: A Further Education and Training Certificate (FETC) in Business, Commerce, or Management Studies is required.
- Skills: Strong analytical mindset, proficiency in data handling, and an interest in corporate strategy.
- Competencies: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and a desire to learn how business improvement recommendations are monitored.
