Your Daily Responsibilities
- Point of Sale Excellence: Execute fast and accurate transactions at the till while handling cash securely.
- ClubCard Champion: Proactively sign up new members for the Clicks ClubCard and help existing members redeem their rewards.
- Customer Care: Act as a brand ambassador, being visible on the floor to assist customers with queries and promotions.
- Merchandising: Maintain beautiful displays and ensure the store is clean, stocked, and follows visual standards.
- Product Expert: Stay updated on the latest health and beauty trends, sales, and events to provide accurate advice to shoppers.
What You Need to Apply
Minimum Requirements:
- Education: Grade 12 (Matric) is essential. (Ideally with 50% or more in Maths and English).
- Experience: Previous experience in a retail or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) environment is highly preferred.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy, strong numerical skills (Maths), and excellent communication abilities.
